You guys, I finally did this shoot "Not So Great Spots, Great Shots". I saw the blog of Photographer Jenna Martin about how she make ugly places into beautiful background. She did an amazing job. After reading it, I've thought about it & challenged myself to do it. As a self-taught photographer I always like to learn new stuff. I knew If I would do this its definitely a challenge especially I was already thinking where I'm going to do the shoot and it was Home Depot (where it's a busy place)!
So for the last 3 weeks, I was searching and thinking who would be the best person that I could ask to model for this theme shoot. I contacted few girls that I thought would fit for what I am looking for. I am so glad I found Megan because she was definitely a lot of fun to capture and was up for the challenge.
Walmart wasn't part of our plan to shoot there but since Megan had to go to walmart to get some make up stuff before the shoot, I told her I would meet them there and maybe do some photoshoot and we did!
During the session, we had to make sure to find some area of the store where there's no customers around because we didn't want to bother them. We also had to make sure that if we grab some items to shoot with, always return it back where it's supposed to be.
It was definitely a fun challenge photoshoot. That was the only one time shoot that I am doing a at Walmart & Home Depot.
Now I am up for next challenge to find another interesting places :-}
By the way, my model ROCKED her photoshoot!
